This video shows one of our small to medium straighten and cut (S&C) machines. This particular machine S&C wire from .100" to .200", from 4" to 12' in length. The machine pulls wire off of a large wire coil. This wire goes thru a rotary arbor which is behind the cover. It is the rotary arbor that actually straightens the wire. The wire is pulled by a set of drive pulleys and then gets cut using a guillotine knife. In this particular case, we are S&C #9 (.1483) Galvanized, 30" in length.
